Spring Weather

Grace and I spent a lot (all?) of our time indoors this winter. With the warmer weather, she has loved going outside (although you'd never know it by her expression in these pictures). She's not too sure about sitting on the grass yet, but I'm sure she'll get used to it.

Thirty-Six Weeks

 

Grace was hilarious today. She was super talkative during church, and kept making funny faces. She was also being cuddly, which we never mind. She is starting to wave hello and goodbye, which we make her practice with all her church friends. I'm surprised she was in such a good mood today; I expected Daylight Savings to throw off our whole schedule, but she was fine.

Pigtails

My mom and Rebecca have been in town the last little while to help Sandi out with baby Violet, and they've been able to come down and spend the day with us too, which has been so nice. When they were here on Monday we put Grace's hair into pigtails.  I cannot believe her hair is long enough! She is getting so big, and looking less like a baby.  Stop growing up, Grace!

I tried pigtails again the next day, and you can really see her curls in these pictures (and I even tried to wet them done to straighten them out).

I love the short hairs underneath.

Thirty-Five Weeks

I took these next pictures first, but then decided that if a dress can't cover the diaper cover, it's probably time to retire it as a dress (unless you're Shirley Temple).

And so a new shirt is born! Grace also got some new shoes to wear with her Easter dress, so she tried them out this week.
