Blocks

Grace's new game is knocking over the blocks I set up.  Sometimes she likes to fake me out by touching the tower like she's going to knock it over, and then pulling her hand back. She'll do that a couple times before actually knocking it over. These first few pictures are just some cute pictures of Grace that aren't related to blocks at all.
Hello fat tongue

Lately Grace has been cuddling my leg, which I totally love since she isn't usually very cuddly.
 And on to the blocks:

Thirty-Four Weeks

I am loving that church is at 11:00 now.  It works so well with Grace's schedule (she takes a nap on the pew during sacrament.  It's amazing).  We love this silly girl.  She loves "talking", and babbles when she's in the right mood.  She's on her way to saying "Dada."  Technically she can say it, but she doesn't use it to mean anything yet.  I have a feeling she'll figure it out soon since the highlight of her day is when Bryan gets home. She's also has started making an urgent cooing noise when she wants something (she does it when Bryan gets home, and pretty much anytime we're eating something).

My Valentine(s)

I thought I should post some evidence that Bryan and I still exist. For Valentine's Day we made dinner at home because I really don't like eating out when it's crowded.  We're going to go out to eat next Thursday, and we'll have a kind of second-Valentine's-Day then (and maybe we'll actually get a picture of Bryan and me together).

I sure love Bryan and Grace. It was nice to spend some time with the two people I love the most on a day about love. Since we're celebrating Valentine's Day (again) next Thursday, we decided to give our cards and gifts then, but Bryan did get me some pretty pink roses, and we made some delicious pink cookies.

Valentine's Day

I took way too many pictures of Grace on Valentine's Day, so this post is going to be picture-overload.  And it's pretty likely that I'll post more Valentine's Day pictures of her later. These first few pictures are actually pre-Valentine's Day, but I had to include her cute Valentine's jammies.
This picture is also the day before Valentine's.  I made this headband for Grace to wear and wanted to get a few pictures of it.  Grace just happened to be in the perfect baby-model mood, so I was able to capture this super sweet face.
My mom gave Grace this Velentine's Day outfit for Christmas.  I'm so glad it fit her!  She is just the cutest love bug.
I can't get enough of these cheeks!

Thirty-Two Weeks

Grace got this cozy Valentine's Day outfit from her Grandma Weed. It's perfect for the snowy February we've been having.

Froggie Towel

We bought some hooded towels for Grace at Target, but she outgrew them immediately.  We would struggle with keeping her toes covered as we bundled her up, but they just weren't made for babies past newborn size. I found some hooded towels on sale at Kohls.com around Christmas, and thought the little frog towel was too cute.  And as an added bonus, it turns out I had ordered a two pack, which was awesome since I already thought it was a good price for just one towel.

They've made bath time extra cozy.
